“I wanted my restaurant to be a place where people would not only come to eat, but also to experience the richness of our Guatemalan culture,” Eduardo says proudly.

Today, Eduardo’s restaurant is not only a successful business, but also a community center that offers employment to other immigrants and participates in community support programs. Eduardo also collaborates with the Guatemalan Consulate in initiatives that promote entrepreneurship among Guatemalans in the United States.
